What is the pricing based on?
The pricing is based on the number of users and the features that each user has access to. We monitor the usage of the features by the users associated with your workspace and only charge based on the type of access. For example, if a user only had access to any feature of the People module for half a month, then we only charge €4 for that user at the end of the month.
What payment methods are available?
You can associate any type of bank card to your workspace. We will charge monthly, on that card, the final calculated value.
Can I change the pricing plans?
Yes, the administrator can change the pricing plans by changing the roles in the settings. For example: if a user has access to features of the People module through a predefined role, but it is modified to offer access to features of the Time module, then the plan on that user (and others) is readjusted.
How can I cancel a user subscription?
When you remove a user, we stop charging for their accesses. You can also do this by creating a role that does not allow access to any feature, and then associating it later to the user for which you do not want to be charged.
How can I temporarily or permanently delete my workspace?
Contact our support team, we will help you to block or permanently delete your workspace.
Is Fullsight configurable in terms of theme, roles, among others?
Yes, the platform was created with the needs of your business in mind. We understand that branding and all possible customization is a vital part of your company’s operations. Access the settings page to see all the available options.
How can I associate my website with Fullsight?
We will soon provide our documentation page, all information about our APIs. However, you can already redirect candidates to public pages of your workspace, namely to job offers pages. Check <workspace-name>.fullsight.io/public/jobs to view all public job offers created in your workspace.
